Return Policy

We will issue a replacement or refund for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed, or otherwise unsatisfactory to the customer on a case by case basis. We request that the customer send back the remaining wine in the original bottle for a replacement. Legally, we can only accept returns of alcoholic beverages if the product is defective. Additionally, we cannot accept returns of wine that has been damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipping, or if the wine was mistakenly ordered. Upon receipt of the returned wine, we will process a refund to your credit card for the price of the wine, minus shipping and handling fees. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed, you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. For return instructions, please email [email protected].
